Theoretical Validity of the Questionnaire

The Hidden Leadership Questionnaire is a research-based questionnaire, based on published Doctoral research from Lancaster University Management school. It is developed by leadership expert Dr Simon Western who has worked with senior leaders in global organisations including public and third-sector organisations across the globe.
